Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a signed contract. If a service is canceled by Luxe Life Agency, a prorated refund may be issued at our discretion.

Results are dependent on the client’s effort, commitment, and circumstances, and may vary from person to person. Luxe Life Agency is not liable for any decisions, actions, or results arising from the coaching process.

11. Informed Consent and Acknowledgment

By participating in coaching services provided by Luxe Life Agency, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Coaching Services Disclaimer. You understand that coaching is a self-guided process and that you are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

You acknowledge that coaching may involve discussions of sensitive or personal topics, and you agree to engage in this process willingly. Luxe Life Agency will maintain the confidentiality of all coaching sessions, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

12. Release of Liability Waiver

By engaging in coaching services with Luxe Life Agency, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Luxe Life Agency and its coaches from any and all claims, actions, or damages, including but not limited to personal injury, emotional distress, or economic loss, arising out of or in connection with your participation in coaching sessions.

You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in coaching and that you assume all risks associated with this process. Luxe Life Agency is not liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from coaching sessions or for any decisions or actions taken based on coaching advice.

13. No Guarantees or Warranties Policy

Luxe Life Agency expressly disclaims any guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding the effectiveness of coaching services. While we strive to provide the highest quality coaching experience, the success of coaching is largely dependent on the client's commitment and participation.

Luxe Life Agency does not guarantee specific results and will not be held responsible for any lack of progress or desired outcomes. The client acknowledges that coaching is a collaborative process and that their success is contingent on their willingness to engage fully in the coaching sessions.

14. Confidentiality and Data Protection Policy (Coaching)

Luxe Life Agency is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all coaching sessions. Information shared during coaching will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or in situations where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

Coaching sessions may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes, but such recordings will be securely stored and accessed only by authorized personnel. Clients have the right to request that sessions not be recorded.

15. Termination Policy

Luxe Life Agency reserves the right to terminate coaching services at any time if it is determined that coaching is no longer appropriate or beneficial for the client. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, lack of progress, non-compliance with coaching agreements, or behaviors that are disruptive or harmful.

Clients may also terminate coaching services at any time but must provide written notice. Any prepaid sessions will be refunded on a prorated basis, subject to the terms of the original coaching agreement.

16. Coaching Ethics and Professional Conduct Policy

Luxe Life Agency adheres to the highest standards of ethics and professional conduct in coaching. Coaches are expected to act with integrity, respect client autonomy, and avoid any conflicts of interest. Coaching sessions are conducted in a non-judgmental, supportive environment to facilitate client growth and development.

Clients are expected to engage in coaching with honesty, openness, and a commitment to their own personal and professional growth. Luxe Life Agency reserves the right to refuse or discontinue coaching services if these ethical standards are not met.
